With twelve expressive motifs the “IRELAND 2011” Calendar shows impressions of the Emerald Isle from the perspective of photographer Stefan Schnebelt. In addition to an almost classical irish idyll with cliffs along the Atlantic Ocean and green fields with grazing sheep, the calendar presents some remarkable testimonies from ancient times. Images of the majestic Poulnabrone Dolmen or the Grianan Aileach ring fort show mysterious monuments whose origins are lost in the mists of time. With a photograph of Glanteenassig Forest on the Dingle Peninsula Schnebelt Stefan presents another highlight away from the major tourist routes.
In terms of printing technology the panoramic calendar with its format of 62 x 31 cm sets standards. Thanks to a special print lacquer refinement the motifs shine brilliant and livid, as if the scenery is portrayed directly in front of the viewer. A small piece of artwork and an exclusive companion throughout the year 2011.
